Septic System Installation

To obtain a building permit, in most rural areas of NB a septic system permit is required before the building permit is issued.  A common mistake made is purchasing land, getting house plans designed only to find out you cannot build with the house design you designed or on the land you purchased. This can happen for various reasons such as Clay soil, too close to protected wet lands, etc..
